These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our website at she-lists.com, our SMS communications, and our real estate coaching, training, and community services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before engaging with us.
Eligibility & Age Restriction. The Services — including our website, contact forms, and SMS communications — are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States or Canada. By accessing or using the Services, submitting your contact information, or opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Services or provide any personal information through them. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it.
SheLists LLC is a real estate coaching and education company serving licensed female real estate agents across the United States and Canada. We deliver a structured program of training, scripts, weekly group coaching, and a private community focused on helping female agents build a sustainable listing pipeline through phone-based prospecting and proven sales frameworks.
We provide free informational consultations for licensed real estate agents considering our program. After you submit our contact form, we may follow up with program details, pricing, and an optional conversation with a member of our team. Our goal is to give you everything you need to decide whether SheLists is a fit — with no pressure and no obligation.
SheLists provides educational and coaching services. We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice, and we are not a substitute for the licensed professionals and supervising brokers in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies in your market.
All program materials, scripts, training videos, recordings, written materials, and community content are the intellectual property of SheLists LLC and are licensed to you solely for your personal use as a member. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or otherwise share these materials outside the SheLists community without our prior written consent.
All enrollment in the SheLists program is governed by a separate, signed Program Agreement between SheLists LLC and the member. That contract is the controlling document for questions about program access, payment schedules, refund policy, and term length. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Program Agreement, the Program Agreement controls with respect to that enrollment.
There are no contracts binding you to us simply by requesting program information, submitting an inquiry through our website, or opting in to SMS communications. You retain the freedom to accept or decline any offer without any obligation. A binding agreement only arises upon execution of a written Program Agreement signed by both parties.
SheLists LLC does not promise or guarantee your financial success, nor warrant any earning claims made for our products. Your results will vary and depend on many factors that are unique to you, including your work ethic, commitment, consistency, market conditions, and prior experience. All business entails risk as well as consistent effort and action.
Sales figures, testimonials, and case studies stated or implied on this website are personal sales figures or those of our students. Please understand these results are not typical. We are using these as examples of what is possible when you commit and take consistent action. We do not guarantee any earnings because your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, and work ethic.
The SheLists community is a private space for licensed female real estate agents. By participating, you agree to treat other members and our team with respect, maintain confidentiality of any private member discussions, and refrain from any harassment, discrimination, or self-promotional behavior that violates community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any member who violates these guidelines.
Our enrollment offers clearly outline all costs associated with the program. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges introduced after enrollment unless the scope is changed by mutual written agreement. Refund terms are set out in the Program Agreement.
We provide ongoing support to enrolled members throughout the program, including live weekly coaching calls, community access, and direct response to support inquiries via email. Our team is dedicated to helping you get value from the program at every stage.
By engaging with the Services — including submitting your contact information through our website or by SMS opt-in — you consent to receive electronic communications from SheLists LLC (e.g., via email, SMS text message, phone call, or notices on our website). These communications may include notices about your enrollment (e.g., scheduling, billing, payment authorizations, and other transactional information) and are part of your relationship with us. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including, but not limited to, that such communications be in writing.
Subject to your express opt-in consent, SheLists LLC will periodically send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. SMS communications are only available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or have authority to opt that number in. Two categories of messages may be sent, each requiring its own consent:
How to opt in: By checking a consent box on our website contact form, by texting a keyword to our published business number, or by providing your phone number and consent verbally during a phone or video conversation that is documented in our records.
Message frequency: Varies based on the nature of your enrollment and the type of messages you've consented to. You will not receive more than is reasonably necessary.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. SheLists does not charge for the messages themselves; charges come from your carrier.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from us, or contact us at team@shelists.co.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us directly. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your ability to receive transactional information through other channels (such as email).
Mobile information sharing: Mobile information including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Such information is used solely to deliver the SMS communications you have consented to.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, provincial, or international law or regulation, or to send any abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful messages through our community channels or SMS.
If you become aware of any abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms — including any SMS messages sent in our name that you did not consent to — please report it to us promptly at team@shelists.co. We take such reports seriously and will investigate.
By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms, you are advised to stop using the website. SheLists LLC only grants use and access to this website, its products, and its Services to those who have accepted these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SheLists LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which SheLists LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
SheLists LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted with notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
